This is so they can get you on "sales" call and attempt to "close" you by convincing you to buy their products and subscribe to their services. Here at Pinnacle we do not believe in hard sales pitches or pressure phone calls. We stand on integrity, transparency and knowledge. Our consultations consist of learning about you, your goals and lifestyle and educating you about the services we offer and their benefits. Additionally, we take the time to answer any and all questions you have to ease any worry or reservations that exist.

This is a one-time intake fee of for all new HRT patients. This includes initial blood work, lab review and consultation with your medical provider, all onboarding paperwork and the setup of your custom protocol and patient portal account.

Designated Patient Care Coordinator - The patient care coordinator will be your main point of contact. He/She manages your account to make sure you have a constant stream of medications so that you never run out, reminds you when upcoming bloodwork is due, prepares the bloodwork requisition order, provides you with tracking information of every package that is sent and sets up all consultation appointments according to your schedule and availability.
