BioBoost Plus is injected directly into the muscle tissue using a syringe and needle. The injection site is typically a large muscle, such as the thigh or buttock. You begin by cleaning the injection site, insert the needle into the muscle, and slowly inject the carnitine solution. Afterward, the injection site may be massaged gently to disperse the solution.
